Why did I even bother...

...loading my CBR trackbike into the van ready to go to Rockingham tomorrow?

Just looked out of the window and it's bloody snowing again. If I even bother going I doubt the bike will see a pit-garage before I come home again.

The weather is pretty poor at the moment. It looks set to continue for another week it least as well. :(

Hopefully we're getting all the rubbish weather out of the way early this year. :)

I have 14 at least lined up for the year....trackdays that is ;)

Two of my best mates are trackday instructors, when they do a trackday I go too and my bike is in the van with theirs. When we get there I help out with them and do a little bit of booking in and pit-lane work for the company. I book in myself on the day, take a cancelled place or blag my way in for half a day at a reduced price. It's cheaper and I can pick and choose when I go out if the weather is crap.

Yesterday was rubbish, so I didn't ride, if tomorrow is rubbish I won't ride there either. It works out nicely.

Yesterday was Mallory, Oulton was a month ago. I went to Snetterton in between and only did a few laps before I came in cos there was a problem with the borrowed R1.
