High-beam light

Hi - was wondering if anybody else had experienced the same problem before I start dis-assembling...

When I start the bike up (pointy) the high beam warning light glows dimly for a while. It will go off after a bit, and the high-beam isn't on (the telltale glows brightly if I actually switch the high beam on), so it's not really a problem, but it irks me :confused:

Any ideas?

No, it's just that telltale. I suspect a short somewhere....
