A Silverstone pic + Help

Below is one of the better images I got from Silverstone, but they all came out quite dark like the one below, is there a way to improve the light level of the pic digitaly?

The standard D220 arnt as bad for grip as people say, and this was near the beginning of the day as teryakimonkey disabled my lights after the first two sessions :D

How's that for a quick effort?

PS. Despite what 'knowledgeable' people may say there's nothing wrong with D220s.

It's easy to get heat into any tyre on track where the grippiness of the tarmac is significantly greater - try doing the same on a normal street and you'll be sliding up the road on your backside before you can say "round and black".

I've ridden two bikes with D220s and find them utterly detestable, and even worse than the thoroughly useless D207s, they just never warmed up at all.

You're right about temps etc of course, but I've used D220s several times, including in the rain, and they've been just fine. I wouldn't replace with D220s as there's better, (newer), tyres available for less money, but that doesn't make them bad.

I didnt really notice much diference on the road than on the track with regards to grip :( infact that pic that was published in TWO with my knee down was on the road and was a fair bit more lean angle aswell from what i can remember.

My tyres are about shagged after the weekend though, so kinda looking forwards to trying some new tyre, finally get to see what everyone is banging on about :D

Edit to add... in future... if you want decent pictures of your bike on track... turn your lights off... what has happened is the camera that took this image adjusted the brightness to expose for your lights but underexposed the shot itself.... just a thought ;)

Black duct tape over the lenses would have the same effect. You should have asked me, I brought a roll specially for people to do just that.

My version:

There's a program called Irfanview which is free and you chsould be able to get easily off the net which is perfect for basic editing, chopping and adjusting colours.

You were one of the most snapped people on there! Must've been the hoodie.

Fling on an Adidas hoodie and come on and boogie wit me. Ooooh.
