Sticky Problem
 

I've noticed my throttle is sticking open a little if I let go and keeps accelerating unless I close it. It's only for a second but if blip it in neutral it keeps revs up to 8000 then closes. Does this sound like stretched throttle cables or just a sticky return?

Lubing the cables, twistgrip and linkages never hurts. Also check they're routed right.

stick some lub down the cables...

mine used stick open a few years back....thats why i once had 9 points on mi licence(pre-sv).
