What gearing are you using on the track?

At the tracks you run, what gearing are you using? How many stone you weigh might be useful as well. ;-)

Depends. Which tracks are you after??? Weight wonbt affect you too much unless you are extremes. I.e. 7st or 17st (no offence intended to anyone.)
