yellow 2004 pointy paint code ?
 

Hello

As the tittle suggests . Can anyone tell me the paint code for the pearescent yellow of the pointy 2004 SV650S please ?
I am getting the tank resprayed for the second time and this time I want the colour to match perfectly , not just be "close enough" as the last guy said .

I think it is the following;

YU9 Yellow (K4)
YEC Yellow (K5)

However, I have a Curvy and I was not aware that there were two shades of yellow for the Pointys too! Have a look on the V5 (some state colour code with the colour) or in the service history booklet.

Thats a good idea with the V% but unfortunatly after checking I have found it only says yellow . I had an idea it was YU9 but not certain . If anyone else suggests this code I think I will go with that .

There is another thread on here asking for fairing paint codes and someone has suggested to look in the service book .
There it is . pearlescent yellow YU9
