Painting helmets

My new(ish) Arai Condor already has some white scratches on it where the black paint has come off. Does anyone know of a specific paint colour that will blend in with the normal black colour of the Condor so I can just touch up the worst scratches?

Failing that, any suggestions about places I can go in Central or East London (or around South Bedfordshire) to get my helmet repainted with a custom design?
