Broken steering lock
 

The chavs that knicked my bike have busted the steering lock. The bolt is still there but looks misaligned and it looks like the hole in the frame is wider then it should be. Sometimes the lock won't engage and I can't remove the key in that position, and sometimes it works but there is a lot of play.

Can it be fixed? Is it easy?
