Speed Trap - Millbank between Vauxhall and Lambeth Bridges.
 

4 Met bikes and handheld speed cams at the fixed speed cam, pulling just bikes as i passed.

6th sense had me slow down for some reason (ok it had just started to rain and i was in my black visor) so i passed slow enough not to get pulled.

At least 5 bikes stopped as i passed.

WATCH OUT!

just as well i didn't ride in on the bike today anyway! :lol:

This is a hot picnic spot where they point lasers.

On A404, camping under A40 flyover.

Easy to get caught as joining / leaving A40 at 50mph ish...

As I was kindly reminded that A404 is 30mph.

One of the most regular places I know. Had a rear facing video camera on a tripod one day lately. (thankfully the marked van was more obvious)

they're often between Vauxhall and Chelsea Bridges, but I've never seen them between Vauxhall and Lambeth before - presumably because there is already a fixed camera there

There's a speed camera from Vauxhall to Chelsea bridge as well :p
I think they know that everyone knows where the speed camera is so they just slow down there. But going to Parliament from Vauxhall as you go round the left bend it's hard to see them parked in the layby at the churchy thing before Millbank.
Plus the speed camera's pointing the other way right now.

Looks like they have 're-activated' the camera just after crossing the Vauxhall Bridge Road . Got flashed this morning - but from the otherside of the Road ooops :rolleyes:. Beware on yor way home tonight - saying that it will probably run out of film by the time all you workaholics and Massive goers go past there tonight.

mind you, if my ride home last night was anything to go by, there will be about a million other bikes n scooters all the way along there and i won't be able to break 20mph anyway... :roll: boo hiss to all the extra Summer riders!
