Thundersprint, anyone going?

Just wondered if anyone was going, I suspect I'm too shy to actually meet anyone  but was wondering what it's like, is it worth going or is it just for classic bike enthusiasts :riding: etc?

I used to live in Northwich but haven't been to one, I gather the bike show on Saturday is in Winnington Park, that would be where the swimming pool and sports complex is right? (it's been a while since I was navigating around there, (that was a new build when I was last there properly!)

also any tips on where best to watch/photograph the Sunday racing?

Ta

Went a couple of years ago & it's held in the town centre :smt120
If you lived in Northwich, the actual sprint is held on M&S Car Park and the "show" is held around the back where the dairy & funeral directors is.
I will probably be going as I wont be able to train for a while yet.

Ah cool, thanks for the mister c, makes perfect sense now :D
sounds like it might be quite good fun, take my camera along and try it out, cheaper than the superbikes the weekend before.

Bugger, working on the Sunday, but am free on the sat (10th) if anyone fancies going to the bike show?

Used to live in Northwich too, so am going on the Sunday. Normally park on the large pedestranised bit in front of the Memorial Hall (next to the Court and opposite the Police Station).

That's where I parked last year. Get there quick though as it fills up quickly. :)

Awesome seeing so many bikes in one town.

Unfortunately I probably won't be going this year as this May is going to be far too expensive as it is. :(
