Good luck.

If asked a question and you can't think of an answer quick enough, then ask to come back to it rather than stumble or go Errrr!

Advice given to me by my step dad who does a lot of interviews.

Wow interview was interesting... Questions like "whats the most creative thing you've ever done". Pretty standard interview question I guess but difficult to answer. Is it the way you answer that tells them things about you?

Had two interviews, one was more relaxed with the operations managers - a bit of humour. But the other with the engineering manager was very formal. Made a big difference to how I answered the questions.

I think I managed to get across what I'm about, how I intend to go about the role, and what obsticles I know I will have to overcome. If they like my way of thinking then I could get it, if not I wont. We will see.
