Indicator relays
I need a 10w relay for the Trumpet but I can only find 21w jobs.
Question is will a 21w relay cause my flashers to flash not at all, much slower, slower, the same, faster or much faster? Or point me at a replacement 3 pin, 10w relay please folks because one stupid problem after another is doing my nut in! |
Re: Indicator relays

Re: Indicator relays
So, notwithstanding sv650k4's kind offer, does anybody actually know the answer to the original question? :)

Re: Indicator relays
Did you try Triumph mate? When we visited them in September, the fella reckoned that they'd only just started running out of spares for VERY early models, and that they had just about anything else.....
...think that includes downpipes:smt039. Garry;) |

*******thread revival ********
Could someone just tell me (not worth starting a new thread) where the indicator relay is on a curvy and (could answer this myself when I look at it) is it 2 or 3 pin? cheers |
Re: Indicator relays
It's on the tray on top of the battery, and is bizarrely built into part of the starter lockout system, to use a standard relay you'll need to pull the relevant connectors out of the relay connector and arrange to connect them to your new flasher.
