Interested in a 650 as a project....
 

Would be happy to start with bits but would like to hear engine running so i knew it was good, would be for sunday blasts, a few track days and eventually a tuned engine will go in it for racing.

Something that will be improved and developed over the next year that i could put a few quid into as and when i could afford. I already race another bike so this will really be a stretch of the budget but i just cant help but want a go at this too.

So frame and engine must be suitable to put on road, happy for everything else to be a mess e.g crash damaged. No road gear required as would be day light mot only. No plastics required as would be fibreglass fairing shortly after purchase.

How cheap could i get one for?

I just bought one with a knackered gearbox for 700, a weekend and a gasket kit to sort out.
