The bike is 95% sorted. The wheels been plugged and re-installed, I give it a quick blast and found my rear disc to be hot to the touch. I know my pads are rubbing but before the disc was fine. I'm hoping it is some rubbish on the pads/disc where they have been disturbed from changing the wheel.

I'm going to see if I can have it looked at Saturday to see how good or bad things are.

If anyone spots any flames or a glowing disc from the rear of my bike during the rideout, feel free to let me know. ;)
