Flea bay tail tidy....

Just found this on ebay:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/TAIL-TIDY-made...QQcmdZViewItem

Looks like quite a nice tail tidy? Supposedly "Manufactured from High Quality Steel, CNC laster cut and powdercoat finish"

Anyone got any experience?

Make sure it's not going to get munched by the tyre at full compression

That was my concern, especially seeing some of his others (e.g. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Kennzeichenhal...QQcmdZViewItem) -> looks like it's just waiting to pop your tyre!

I've got this tail tidy! I was a bit short on cash (student :/) so I grabbed one of these off ebay a while back. Its definitely not the best out there, but it fits well and looks ok. One problem I have is that when you take the original shovel mudguard off, this one doesnt fill in all the spaces left on the original undertray, so you've got a couple of gaps in the plastic.

Apart from that, it does the job by tidying the rear end and there's loads of room between the plate and the tyre (i've got a standard size plate, smaller one is next on the list!).

Having seen my girlfriends bike that has a pyramid undertray and a better tail tidy, I'm think that I made a bad decision really when I bought one of these :(

Just a heads up!

I bought one of these tail tidies, no problems with tyrre clearance, I think it,s as good as any others I have seen, does the job ok, and the service from the seller was good. (thats the first one by the way not the pointy thing)
