Bikers Day - 8 June - Staffs County Council
 

I have just found out there is going to be a Bikers Day at Barley MowPublic House, Milford, Staffs on Sun 8 June between 10am - 2pm.

For those that are not familiar it is a lovely pub situated in Cannock Chase just outside Stafford.

It is being put on by the council and they are providing a free buffet. Police will have a stand there and will be freebies I fink !!.

Should be a good day I am going. PM me if you need more info finding out about it ..... it's an excuse to go the pub :D

I will ask on Monday when I am back into work what is planned for the day, bu the free nosh gets me and a gabble with my colleagues LOL and the fact its 15 mins from my house :cool:

OK I asked what this was all about, basically the Council are promoting Safer Riding and Bike awareness. The Road Crime Team from Staffs Police will be there (bike division) and running a small presentation. Not expecting a massive turnout maybe 200+ bikers but to be honest the pub is set in a little place called Milford on the edge of Cannock Forestry, really nice location.

Free food and a few freebies being handed out. I will be going just cause my buds are on the stand and it's so close to home and it'll be my last time on the bck of a bike for a bit (op loomin).

Might mosey on down myself Kwak, im off that weekend, how far is it from Llangollen? Set off times im after really, oh and some more sunshine if you can manage that too :thumbsup:
