Training, and it's so hard.

Am on a serious training regime at the moment. It's really starting to wear me out but the results are worth it.

Monday: Back, triceps, abs.
Wednesday: Quads (not the bike), Shoulders.
Friday: Chest, biceps and calves.

I also do a 3 mile run at 6am 4 times a week and a 20 min cycle 3 times a week. I eat very healthily and have little or no carbs after 6pm. Daily intake of 2000 calories, I count everything I put in my mouth (ooer!).

Still, by the time I go on holiday I should be in great shape.

Anyone else into the healthy thing?

I go to the gym and enjoy excersise ......but I'm certainly dont eat healthy....its not that i dont want to I try but I cant physicaly bring myself to eat any veg , fruit or salad.

I have recently started being able to eat carrots and lettuce, anything else makes me physically sick....I think its because I havnt eaten them for that long my body has forgotten how to digest them lol

apparently if u eat somehthing you dont like 9 times you become acustomed to it and start enjoying it.

I've started swimming once a week, but thats more to help loosen up and gently improve movement in some of my limbs than to get fit and trim and what not

I rather fancy a motocross bike for a workout

Explain :???:
Don't want to ruin your chances with the ladies of the org, but you're married. So is it all for Mrs Dan? all for you? all so girls can ogle you on the beach for nothing to come of it?

It seems to be quite a big commitment in your life

Re: Training, and it's so hard.

It's for me. Mrs Dan will always love me. ;)

I've always been into weights but sort of been fairly relaxed about my diet. Well, relaxed in the sense that during the week I eat good and at weekends I sort of ate what I fancied. I just want to look very cut and ripped, I've always been fairly bulky looking but never got the definition I wanted. :rambo: I've even started taking pictures of myself half naked (nothing new then!) to compare week on week. This is my 1st week of being ultra strict and I can already see the results. Which helps keep me going.:)
