Dark Blue K6 onward SV650s
They are like rocking horse poo:mad:....in my area! Based in Midlands but will travel to wherever.
After dark blue or black (the turquoise or dark blue - not keen on the light blue) fully faired, low mileage (as i will be piling them on!). I have upped my budget, will consider anything up to £3.5k Dont particularly want to go brand new. There are few lovely ones on here....but i wanted to be able to swipe my credit card to be honest. If anybody with one for sale private has the facility to do so, let me know. Otherwise if anyone knows of a dealer with stock...please let me know. Getting right fed up of not being able to find one :( email is rob_poyner@yahoo.com |
Re: Dark Blue K6 onward SV650s
mine's for sale, just in case you hadn't seen it:
http://forums.sv650.org/showthread.php?t=109426 i doubt you'll find many, if any, private sellers who are able to process credit card payments, unless you use paypal *spits* ;) |
Re: Dark Blue K6 onward SV650s

Re: Dark Blue K6 onward SV650s
ah ok, i wouldn't advise buying unless you have the cash, especially on a credit card (unless you're on 0% and know for certain that the money will be there to pay it off at the end of the term)
good luck hunting:) |
Re: Dark Blue K6 onward SV650s
I dont mean to be patronising but if your prepared to pay ?3500 for a used one then surely getting a new one is the best bet?
If you phone around your localish dealers then I'm sure you'll be able to get a good price out of them. I got offered a Kawasaki ER6F for about ?500 below list price. PS, unless your on a 0% deal then getting a loan will more than likely be cheaper than paying on your credit card. |
Re: Dark Blue K6 onward SV650s
Cupar motorcycles (yes I know its in scotland, but they do deliver) is doing brand new k7 sv650s's for ?3795. so just check round your dealers as some still have one or 2 of last years one to flog

Re: Dark Blue K6 onward SV650s
Sorted.
Thanks to an ex-SV650'er (Adrian) for a tip off. I am now the owner of an absolutely mint (and i mean literally not a mark on it!) 2007 SV650s in the exact spec i wanted. Got a great deal and it came with a great number plate too! Pick it up weekend after next. Thanks for the feedback guys - always my intention to go with a 0% deal and pay off fairly rapidly. Cash not so much a problem as cashflow - Mrs is absorbing everything at the moment with decorating, expensive TV's and holidays  (and have you ever looked at finance rates at such small value loans, they are horrendous!!) Never wanted to go brand new either if i could avoid it. I didnt want to spend over the odds or spend over the odds and drop it...so i am happy with the way it has worked out :D Anyway, cant wait!!!!!! Just got to pshyc myself up for a 2.5 hour ride back from Blackburn when i go and pick it up!!! :compress: |
