I, and a few friends from work, will be cycling the BHF London to Southend cycle ride on 20th July. We're doing this in aid of the British Heart Foundation. So far we've secured a very respectable sum of money to donate, but really every little bit counts!

The route is 59 miles, so my guess is we'll be fairly ********ed by the end of it. So come on... give it up and please do sponsor us... even if it's just a pound, it'll all add up. If everyone on here did that, we'd have another few thousand quid to donate.

If you're a UK tax payer, and provide the appropriate details, the tax can be claimed back at no expense to yourself - it's a great way of boosting the donations.

... and if anyone in Southend wants to buy us a pint afterwards, I'm sure you'd be very welcome ;)
