Fuse on K1

Hi all, this is my first post. I've been having problems with a flat battery (new) on my 2001 K1 (unfaired) and was carrying out a multi meter test on the fuse box and found that the fuse marked 10a Meter was showing a .5 milliamp discharge. What does this fuse protect, as when it is taken out, the bike and all functions work perfectly? Your views would be appreciated. Alan.

That's wierd. I think that one runs the tach and speedo and stuff.
