blue naked sv650 on A13 today

about 1230 this afternoon, i passed a blue naked pointy near the a112 silvertown area - rider was sticking to the speed limit (eh?) wearing textiles, a blue kagayama rep shoei and glasses - i was on a black triumph 1050 with big metal mule panniers - anyone on here??
