tyre pressure on track and road
 
what pressure would anyone rekomend i use on a track day? ive got bridgestone bt-020 fitted atm.
also what pressure for the road? on the swingarm it sais 36rear 33front but most people say 42rear 36front.

36/42 was what I felt comfortable with on the SV, its all down to you at the end of the day, what you feel nice with. Play from what it says upwards, when you don't feel as comfortable, go back to how you did feel comfortable.

Track temps are something I don't know about sorry.

For tack you want to be about 32Front 31Rear. Yes, unlike on the road, you want slightly more in front than rear.

I'm similar to blue's pressures. 31F 30R but its all down to personal choice and other variables like track temp and any moisture.
