Assen GP come on its only 544 miles ;)
 

Its my Birthday on the 29th of june, and for this im looking for a long weekend to the Dutch / Assen GP to celebrate (basicly its just an excuse to do something mega lol!!)
id anyone else going or planning on going or anything?

i do have a route planned out.. may need revising but so far its only about 544 miles give or take, so about 8 - 10 hours traveling time.. im looking for accomodation now.. or im going to sling a pop up tent on my back and just rough it.. its always the funnier way coming back beaten up by the elements with shed loads of storys lol,

anyone up for it?

Couple of tips for you, 382 miles from the ferry, go all the way to the circuit and you can camp right outside the entrance gates (tent's to the left, motorhomes to the right), it's a good one to go for as they have three big screens to show the back of the track and the comentary is given in english as well, Oh and take plenty of beer :cool:.

Petrol is €1.60 on the Motorway, or at least €1.50 elsewhere. Unless you can get down to Luxembourg where it was €1.33 for Shell V power 98. (not that I got any :cry:)
