My bikes been knocked over by some young ****!!
 

Extremely annoyed atm my pride and joys been knocked over only looks cosmetic but should i be worried bout internal damage at all?? The steering locks on what im trying to say is its been dropped would it take more than a drop to cause any serious internal damage.. i.e. steeringf damage, engine damage, frame damage etc???

it wont be any more than what you see/it looks unless its be droped from up in the air or something but if its just a drop then no ther really shouldnt be anyother damage at all to it!!

I wouldn't have thought so, but I guess it depends what it fell on. Look for visual signs, and check the free movement of the steering. How long did it spend on its side?

Be right probably, if it was over for a while then the fuel from the carbs might have ended up going into the engine though, this can be bad mmmkay. Have you already tried to start it?

It was a matter of seconds it was over and soon as i got it up i started it up and left it running for a while. Checked the steering and it feels fine. The person said price up the damage and she'll pay for it - so as not to make a claim on her insurance i guess. But i'll make sure its down to every last screw and bolt of damage lol!!

It was immaculate and i felt sick when it happened because its 10 years old and it didnt look like it even left the showroom im gutted :'(!

Also she said to me that she panicked and instead of hitting the break in reverse she hit the acclerator - girls deffinately make better bikers than car drivers - sorry to be sexist i know i shouldnt lol!
