Insurance result!

I finally got settled on my filtering accident from 2 years ago 100% in my favour! Some of you may remember that I broke my collar bone hitting the tarmac so there was a not insignificant amount of compensation. They offer 80:20 initially but my solicitor started court proceedings and the other ins co wimped out.

Good stuff.They dealt with BB juniors accident as well a few years ago and he got full settlement in his favour too.

Great outcome but hopefully you'll never need them again. Try fighting against the council like I did...NO CHANCE!
