Bike / Fairing Stickers
When I bought my bike the previous owner had put these stickers on it, I know not everyone may like them, but I quite do.
I've just fitted a fairing now, and I think it looks a bit bare with just plain coloured panels. Has anyone else done anything with them? I saw a pic of one with Suzuki stickers on but cant find it now. Any ideas of what would look good? I'm so uncreative its untrue. Pics of what people have done would be great. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3.../DSCN3282s.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3.../DSCN3283s.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3.../DSCN3284s.jpg |
Re: Bike / Fairing Stickers
They would look good if they were straight lol..... maybe me but the "racing stripes" arent lined up on the seat cowl properly lol! might be the way the bike is positioned.

pm paul the 6th
as he is our sticker/t-shirt guy, he may help? |
Re: Bike / Fairing Stickers
I've just asked Paul to have a look at this thread.
As for the alignment, I know its not perfect but I've only ever noticed when looking at pics and not in real life. So is everyone else's bike just plain colours? |
Re: Bike / Fairing Stickers
pm rec'd - thanks for pulling me in on this one guys :)
you could have a couple of suzuki stickers on the fairing maybe? alternatively you could carry the theme on and have wonky lines leading all over the fairing? maybe even think of a word or phrase and have the font as 2 lines leading around before connecting upto the decals already on the bike? just a couple of ideas... :) they are stuck on top of the paint work and not lacquered underneath right? anythings possible really - take a look here: :) http://www.godesign.me.uk/svshop1/IMG_1940.jpg http://www.godesign.me.uk/recycle-twin.jpg http://www.godesign.me.uk/enjoy-sv.jpg just a few random ideas... |
