Friday: Gym to use the jaccuzi and steam room for a while
Saturday: Relax, maybe go and watch the tournie I was supposed to play in

Tonight - Sleeping been a long week!
Saturday - going out on the bike woohooo!! probably take the dogs for a walk, and chillout for the afternoon

push bike. cant remember the make - think its Dawes - its got 21 gears, of which i'll prolly use about 4. and its very light. and its got a suspension!! lordy lord things have moved on in the biking world since i last pushed pedals....

my last bike had one frickin huge wheel at the front and a wee one at the back....
