Best phone call ive had in a while...
 

Had a call this morning from my solicitor re my accident...
Theres a nice cheque on its way for £3k plus as a interim payment for lost wages etc... :D:D
Have agreed a figure on payout on my injuries so that should be next along with payout for my kit and thats it all over and done with! Not bad going seeing it happended sept 07, a big =D> for carole nash and their legal team they employ to deal with these cases.
I can start paying of the daytona now :cool:

cheers hun, tbh it was sorted not long after the accident-i was paid out for the sv about a month afterwards, she admitted blame ats ame time, had excess back not long after that-its just been waiting to see what the outcome of my breaks would be thats held it up.

Woohoo, sounds like it's all sorted. :D

It's a shame CN's quote was ridiculously mahoosive when I was doing my renewal this month cos it sounds like they're good to deal with. Oh well.

Took me 2 1/2 years from the date of my accident to get paid out on my policy after my accident.
