Banks are giving VISA cards to kids who can buy things over the internet. :o

Yep, my 14 yo daughter got one recently. Thankfully, it's just a debit card so she can't spend what she doesn't have.

I cant see the problem as long as they are purely debit cards and are coded to ensure they can't purchase over 18 material. Beyond that its the parents responsibility.
