So levels of people getting cancer will remain the same (carcinogens will still be produced upon burning cannabis) but levels of people getting schizophrenia may rise

No and nope.

Cannabis has been observed to help prevent cancer, it was always the tobacco in a joint that attributed to the carciogenic effect.

:smt094 This really bugs me, the assumption that using soft drugs leads to harder drugs is just rubbish.

I have been a heroin addict for ten years and I have never used harder drugs, mind you I have robbed my Granny six times to pay for my smack! :smt023
