Ohlins rear shock owners.

....With remote preload adjusters. When adjusting the preload - does your adjuster click? Mine just has a smooth action, so adjusting from two particular settings is tricky - I have to count rotations rather than clicks from max. Is this just the behavior or is it possible to change it?

Thanks
Luke

The hydraulic preload adjusters don't click .

Might sound a silly question lol but did you actually mean to ask about the damping adjusters? ;)

No mention of "clicks" on the preload settings, where it does on the compression and rebound settings. So I would assume it's turns......

Oh and what's tricky about counting rotations....if you can count clicks , counting rotations should be a problem surely.....no? :p ;)

No clicks!!

To be honest, the adjustment doesn't have to be that fine ... from memory, its summin like 20+ turns of total adjustment ... so 1/32turn inaccuracy in settings isn't gonna mean jack!! ;)

Yeah my life sucks! Did I mention that it is 18c outside and bright susnhine.....and its winter?! :p

No - I definitely meant preload adjuster! It is setup for my weight riding solo but my girlfriends has now got herself a lid, so I was hoping for a clicky preload adjuster, so I can just go up 20, back 20 for example. To be honest, she should really just take the bus! I have had to put back on my pillion pegs and rear seat. it's just not cricket.....! :smt086:wink:
