Howdy folks,

You may or may not remember me popping on here a bit ago after i was going for my cbt. Well i never did get around to gettign a 125 and have my das booked in for thursday morn. Sooo ive got a couple of lessons comming up and would like to get any advice at all to help.


Oh and just as a buy the by does anyone have a cheep naked sv up for grabs if i pass :)

My advice is - (a) relax, if you're not then the bike won't respond to your inputs properly and (b) remember to cancel the indies.

Don't mow down the examiner in the emergency stop. Any other fool who walks out in front of you is fair game though

I'd say if you get a bit wound up or ****ed off (this may occur while practising your turn in the road) then get off and chill out for 5 minutes.

Tips my instructor gave - floppy arms (I was tense and ridged thru shoulders, think floppy and relax ya arms), indicators (turn them OFF), don't grip on the bars, think that you have a chicks neck in between ya fingers, be gentle (unless you hate chicks and imagine its summat else you need to be gnetle with ;) )
