Lydden - trackday - Sat 11th October
 

Please ignore my previous thread (which will get deleted soon hopefully).

I've just spoken to a nice lady at Lydden who said that they're actually going to do this as a

Trackday Weekend!

Saturday 11th October - £100
8 sessions
Arrive at 8am (finish at 6pm)

Sunday 12th October - £80
5 sessions
Arrive at 11am (finish at 6pm)

Or both days - £165

They have started taking bookings now, although the booking form hasn't gone up on their website yet - it will do soon though.

I've added a poll that will allow you multiple choices, so that you can show all the options you're interested in.

Well I think I would rather do the Sunday, though if the booking go quick I might miss out. Plus its 132 miles to my house, so I need to find 30 quid fuel just for that... mmmh, I think this will be a wait and see whats left after I have seen my overtime come through.

I've not done Lydden before. For people who have, what do you think in terms of whether 1 day is 'enough'... I know it's a small circuit?

And whether 2 consecutive days on track is just overdoing it generally anyway?

Seems a bit much going all that way into deepest darkest Kent then just leaving.....almost rude really....:-s

I am no pro, but have done Lydden before and I think that 1 day is just fine for me. I'll probably be too tired to do Sunday anyway.

One full day will be enough. Its a very short (1 mile) ciurcuit that will tire you out. Excellent fun though!! Perfect for the SVs as there are no long straights for the bigger bikes to stretch their legs.

I remember my battle with the fella on the ST4 Ducati! :cool:

as much as i'd LOVE to do both days, i can't really afford to!! so just the saturday for me!!
