Ive got a pdf one which i downloaded.

I take it i just remove that bolt (looks like an 8mm) and put my flat head screwdriver down the hole to "free off" the tensioner??

yep-just turn it until it won't go any further and hopefully you'll hear it shoot back out-if not your tensioners pumped

Im gonna have a go at this because its rattling. I have had em both replaced about 300 miles ago so they should be good.

It's a 10m bolt, and it's a bit awkward to get to, way over on the back right hand side of the rear cylinder, obscured by the frame. You'll need a thin screwdriver :)

theres a guide on the main page of the site in FAQ and how too's. very good. i did it the other day, and i found it wasnt the chain tensioners it was the slipper plate, same thing the bloke had who wrote the guide.

Basically you stick your arm up your bike's a*** :) It's on the back of the engine, on the right hand side, just beside the rear exhaust header. Kind of awkard location, I always take the right hand side controls off as it only takes a minute and makes things less annoying.
