Re: Got to love Herefordshire Council
You say that but not long back someone on here saw an OAP get badly hurt whilst riding a probably illegal scooter on the road in heavy rain.
They are a liability. |

I too have seen a prang with one of these. The old boy got up a good speed downhill on the road, lost control and hit a couple of parked cars.He had a few bruises and cuts, but the cars were damaged. He had also had a few jars, but was not breathalised as his vehicle did not require him to have license or insurance.According to the police who attended, the owners of the damaged cars would need to sue him personally for their costs, and he would have no money to pay,so they would get nothing.

Re: Got to love Herefordshire Council
they are a danger on the island, most likely the only reason they're riding on them is because they were too incompetent to drive a car and had their licenses taken off them
sorry, but driving up the middle of the road, yes, the middle, when the empty pavement has been specially lowered because 90% of the people on the island are over 70 years old is inconsiderate and dangerous, just because they're disabled doesn't mean they're immune to common sense and courtesy toward everyone else and breath... |
