Carbon / Black Footrests??

Anyone know if I can get these anywhere.

I have an SV thou but I have a 2-1 system so am looking for some SV650 footrests for the rear and preferably have them in black or carbon.

Cheers in advance.

Do you mean the pillion footrests off of a SV650 to put on your SV1000...

Well unfortunately it is going to be a DIY job, even the black framed SV650's have silver pillion footrests. You could source a set secondhand (Ebay) and either paint or powder coat them.

Never tried it myself, they have different part numbers so do they fit?

Sure they were carbon as there are some pretty trick paint techniques now that will look just like the real thing. If you find a source then post a link.

The curvy ones take powdercoating very well, look lovely.

No, you can get them new and individually from a Suzuki dealer. The right hand SV650 one has a different park number to the SV1000's right hand one, I would have though like other parts if they were interchangeable they would have the same part number. The left obviously wouldn't as it would not have a mounting point for the exhaust on the SV650.
