bunch a poofs, get out n ride yer bikes. It only means you have to use your elbow a bit more to scrub it clean;-)

Really has been the perfect summer to be out of action. Crap weather, which means I havent thought about being out on the bike, Euro2008 (Even if England werent in it), Tour De France and now the Olympics. Im not usually a telly watcher but its the only thing Ive had during the day

well folks i have a job which consumes free time and no im not homosexual least i dont think so and even when i do go out plod makes it easier to have my licsense shredded 3 hours on sunday aching joints and all cause when the sun went down it got cold up in the dales perforated racing leathers are more suited to the south of france which ive got a good mind to go back

lol...its only cause i just spent the weekend in Scotland speeding round the countryside attempting to get me knee down, in some nice weather and then again some pretty shabby stuff in places. The M6 in sideways rain is always interesting
