quite easy to miss it. usual SV knock gets ignored, but headbearing knock can get confused with this quaint problem if its slight. Now if theres a massive headbearing prob then you'd find your bike handling horribly. I know what bad ones feel like though.

Easy done, easy to rectify. Ask spannerman about where to get decent replacements if in doubt.

This has got me worried now........my stearing is smooth and no "notchyness" to it, but, I get a light knock from the front when brakeing or going over certain bumps.......its not the usual "clunk" as I know what that is. Is it my head bearing???? Oh and wideboy.......your an idiot, just special. lol

The "Usual Clunk" is when you go over a large pot hole or object and the suspensions clunks. Mine is occuring under braking and lesser bumps.
