Any tyre will work really, I'd go down local tyre shop and see if they've got a partworn kicking about, won't be much worse than standard fitment.

How many miles have your tyres done? If they are nearly done why not replace them all? Also I would asdk whatever idiot is charge to sort out the area you work in, thats dum having that many nails in your tyres. I would tell em that you will be sending the bill for new set of tyres which you will expect them to pay.

When I was couriering on my SV, this happened all the time; but never had a plug fail in 90,000 miles. I'm not sure there's a problem.

afaik ultraseal is usable until the day you change the tire... ive had mine in for just under a year - i know ive had atleast two punchers that its sealed... mate had many more when he finally got his tire changed and counted the holes...

dont use that ultraseal crap..

if the screw is in the centre and a clean puncture, just repair the tyre.. a mushroom plug fitted from the inside will be fine.

I've repaired tyres before.... last one I repaired I got 9k miles out of it after being repaired..
and it was a Z rated tyre.

Sorry about your bad news. Some things that may be of interest:
1) Avon tyres have a puncture warranty where by they will replace the tyre if it's punctured within the first 1mm of wear I believe.
2) A "Sticky string" or "Rep & air" type puncture repair kit will get you home / to a garage, where most tyre places can professionally repair the tyre by fitting a mushroom type plug from the inside of the tyre. Any repair that does not require the removal of the tyre is not intended to be permanent.
3) Ultraseal is hated by most tyre shops as it makes a horrific mess when they pop the tyre off. I'd personally always rather plug a specific hole in the tyre than have a kilo of goo in there.

on a more practical note, isn't there some kind of H&S duty here that the company/estate maint should be dealnig with? might be worth letting someone know about your woes (and if it persists, send them the bill!).
