Made it. Amazingly. Was cursing my bridgestones for being rubbish in the wet to find air gushing out of a big hole in the rear when i got home.

Good job they were pretty much finished.

Home, washed showered and warmed. Have turned the fire on in my living room for that camping feeling!

Sleeping it off was my best idea yet :D
It dried up & the sun came out by 2pm. But lack of food & drink forced me home :neutral:

Yeah I am back. In answer to Ogden and Dan, it rained, then it poured, it never stopped, and we got banned from making fires so we all went home :(. I am never going to try and camp in Britain again.

:( I can't wait til the next time, I think the trick is not to book so far in advance and adjust plans for weather, and we were allowed to burn charcol.
