Here we go again.........
 

Just been told by my boss that on Friday he handed his notice in :shock:

Now I don't view this as bad full understand everybody needs a change and should move on...............

But if you look into the history of my boss's job and the staff turnover level:

I start here in June 2005 when i worked for a lady she had been here about a year. She left August 2006 so level of service 2 years

We then didn't have a boss until November 2006 who then left March 2007 so 6 months service.

New one started March 2007 left July 2007

Next one started July 2007 (our department opened a book that he wouldn't last the year) and is now leaving will be gone by December.

I wonder if the company may realise there is something wrong with the job role and what they advertise it as or are all the directors to blind to realise something must be wrong. :rolleyes:

Anyway lets see who my new boss is and open the next book..... :rolleyes:

Talked to my boss for the first time in two months today.

He admitted his absence was due to him flipping. He has now come back on a months trial working half days. Perhaps now somebody senior has "Hit the buffers" my company may actually do something about it.

Ironically he is additionally responsible for heath and safety and instituted a policy on work place stress, compulsory stress awareness course (didn't bother with that myself, as I don't suffer stress. I cause it.) and it bit him

My boss is the company secretary and sits on the board of directors meetings every month. But still they are blind!!!!

rest of the office can see tho :rolleyes:

Do you happen to know why all the bosses left? Not a very encouraging message being sent to all the employees is it? lol
