Taking it back not happy!

I purchased a Arai condor at the weekend and in he shop it fitted nice and i liked the design and was happy. tried the helmet out today and blimey was i shocked at how it performed. The noise (wind) was really loud with all vents closed and visor shut. i have called the shop and said the fit it not quite right as they probally wont give me a refund for a used one? I didnt want to pay out £200 for a lid my last one was a £60 special but i have always looked after it and it performed well in tests so thought cant be bad.I dont know what to go for when i return it. I think i have an aria head although some of the dearer shoei lids fit nice.Any thoughts would be appreciated.
