Newbie question - Restricted ECU swap?
 

hey everyone im a newbie so i apologise if you have already had a thousand people asking this same question....

i have a sv650s sk3 ( pointy ) how do i replace the ecu from the 33bhp restricted one to the original? and isit an easy in and out job.

Unplug the restricted and plug in the non-restricted.

:lol: I can't believe you don't know what potch means!

BTW the ECU is under the seat. You need 5mm and a 6mm (I think) allen keys. Take off the triangular black plastic bits just below the seat, then unbolt the seat and Bob's your Uncle.
