Pleae PLease Help!!!! Numax MC06A12 Charger

Has anyone got one of these chargers

I have had one for about a year now but recently it hasn't been charging.

At the moment there is a red and a green light on the charger.

I need to know what are the LED incations that are shown in the instruction manual, as i have thrown mine.

I know that:-

SOLID RED IS CHARGE
SOLID GREEN IS TRICKLE CHARGE

I need to know:

FLASHING RED
FLASHING GREEN
SOLID RED AND GREEN

What are you using that on. the blurb says it is 6 volt

I know but i have the 12v one but i couldn't find the correct link.
