but that is how it was except we were all much scruffier than that and not much colour - I usually dressed in a fringed jacket covered in badges - with plain black leather troos :cool:

....in fact I only stopped wearing that jacket 5 years ago :shock: :lol:

I remember riding a BSA flat out (about 70 mph)wearing a pair of cheap loon pants with 24 inch flares flapping in the breeze.They were so well made they lasted about five miles before disintergrating leaving streams of cotton flying down the road.
