bar risers on a naked SV (I can recommend them)

I've had bar risers put on, they make a big difference in posture which makes me more comfortable on the bike. I lean forward a lot less, I can hold the bars when at traffic lights instead of having hands on tank, my feet are lower and more or less flat on the floor now and I can do tighter turns as before as I can reach the bars better. I can recommend it to everyone and you don't see it if you don't know it. I got the SW-Motech ones (25mm) from bikebytz around £33. No problems with cables and also turned the bars towards me a bit. Wouldn't want it any other way and glad I didn't wait any longer.

Has anyone got any info on doing this on a K5 SV650S half faired?

I guess you need to change to top yoke and brake line?

I want to get a bit more upright so I think this may be the way to go?

IIRC the curvy risers have about 25mm rise on them anyway.

You can just drill hole through top yoke. Cables will very probably need to be changed if doing this to an S model.

Does having higher bars not make it a bit of a pain when making progress?

P.s abm comfort kit appears to be very well made, for about 3 million pounds...
