Which bars to replace OEM on naked K5
 
I have a K5 naked and want to replacr the bars without renewing the cables.
What are the options?

dont renthals just go straight on not sure though i may look to do this myself but the standard ones are pretty damn good too tbh.

Renthals fit right on but you will have to drill holes for the switch gear to locate into .

Style, i think
I find it comfortable enough.
Just want to get rid of the chrome ones.

Do you mean Renthal straight ones as the cables don't look long enough for anything else.

Why not get the standard bars powder-coated in the colour of your choice, then?

Because the standard ones are very thin walled. a little slide bent mine. I think renthal ultra low are very similar, works fine with standard cable. They've survived an off, and an arguement with the side of a car...
