Large TV/Digi Box/DVD Player - £40 for all
Small Dining Table and 4 chairs - £50
2 Seater Black Leather Sofa - £50
Fish tank & all kit (around 30 litres) - £15
Lounge/Swivel/Recliner Chair (grey) - £40

Everything is in v-good condition.

I will throw in a free set of golf clubs with each item (limited stocks available) :D

Cheers for the interest. I've attached the PDF with more info. TV is a Samsung, Philips digi box and no-name DVD player.

Does the fish tank come with a heater and a stand?

It has a heater and a filtration/light/lid - no stand unfortunatley. Its an Aqua One tank - AR 380 from memory but will check details in the morning.
