Clutch cover 01 Curvy
Black clutch cover for 2001 curvy..............
Mine is warped and causing a leak. Must be black!! Cheers |
Re: Clutch cover 01 Curvy
There all black, and I would have a word with a breakers, though ats they are plastic they all warp so make sure you can return it if its really bad. I have one myself at home that's nicely warped, causing a little leak.

Re: Clutch cover 01 Curvy
I've got two,
but going by Grinch - I dont know if they are perfect! They dont leak oil - but then the engines dont work so oil is thicker as cold... PM me for more infor - can get a picture this weekend... :) |
Re: Clutch cover 01 Curvy
The 'rubber' ring for the cover tends to stretch and thin over time, so make sure you get a replacement or some decent gasket seal to 'top' it up with.

Re: Clutch cover 01 Curvy
Mine is like a washboard, judicious application of universal blue keeps the oil in ;)

Re: Clutch cover 01 Curvy
mine had this fault I think they all do it. I cured it by knocking out the brass inserts from the cover, fitting some thin plastic washers between the inserts and the cover (the cover thightens against the case and not the inserts) and used a thin bead of liquid gasket to be sure. Been fine since.....new O rings are very expensive from Suzuki.
Cheers. |
