Fitting new indicators

Hey people,

I have two questions but around the same topic.

I'm finally getting around to fitting a tail tidy/under tray I got off flee-bay that also came with small indicators....which I'm happy to keep.

1) The indicator wires were cut loose so there are no plugs or proper ends to them. I don't know how to attach these to the wiring loom. Would new indis come with the correct clips to go on the loom or do they normally need to be bodged? If its easier I may buy a new set of four so the front matches.

2) The tray is a Ermax (me thinks..... 90% sure). It didn't come with any fitting instructions, which I'm fine with. But I'm not sure if the license plate light will fit properly without change. Has anyone had experience fitting a Ermax under tray an what did you do? (thats sounds like a Blind Date question).

All help appreciated.

Neil

Re: Fitting new indicators

You will have to either solder the indicator wires together or crimp them. Best to get four that match, looks odd with OEM on the front and aftermarket on the rear.

Have you got a picture, Ermax make many undertrays....

Also the indis have drain holes in the lenses to let condensation out, fit them at the bottom. I didn't notice until after I fitted them all up side down
